Ryan Golding, the groundsman responsible for maintaining Leeds Rugby's Kirkstall Training Ground, hailed Monday's machinery demonstration event by Campey Turf Care Systems a success, saying the club were proud to host events which promote learning and best practice in groundsmanship.
Under the watchful eye of Head Groundsman Jason Booth and his team along with groundsmen from all sports who had travelled from across the region, the Campey team showed a range of equipment including the Koro by Imants TopMaker, Imants Shockwave, Vredo seeder and the Timan RC-750 bank mower.

The events at Deer Park Golf Club in Livingstone, North Tyneside Council, Askham Bryan College in York, Leeds Rugby, Clitheroe Golf Club, Aintree Racecourse and Manchester Golf Club, have been attended by more than 300 turf professionals.
